The Pomodoro Technique can help! This time/productivity management method works wonders to boost productivity and improve focus to get your most important STUFF DONE!
The Pomodoro technique goes something like this.
Set your timer for 25 minutes, and laser-focus on a single task until the timer rings. When your session ends, mark off one Pomodoro and record what got completed. Then take a five-minute break. After four pomodoros, take a longer, more restorative 15-30 minute break. 🏆
I call these my “Focus blocks” I choose my top priorities of the week to get done during these blocks.
These blocks are pre-planned and scheduled in the week. I also pre-decide what will get done in a block and keep my focus on that!
This is a phone and internet free time for concentrated deep work.
